1. Where is my download file?
  • After your purchase has been processed successfully, you will receive a download link. The included URI directly leads you to your personal directory. There you can find all items, the invoice, and your order data, ready to download. Additionally, you'll also get an e-mail, containing the link.

2. The download does not work. What should I do?

  • If you encounter this problem, please send a copy of the order from your personal download area to rf-magazine.com. We need these information for verifying your purchase and download permissions. After rf-magazine.com has confirmed you purchase, we will contact you again. Please be patient. Due to different time zones, the response time may be up to 24 hours.

3. I don't have a DSL connection. What can I do?

  • Unfortunately, nothing. With modem or ISDN connections the download may take several hours. Please understand that rf-magazine.com cannot be held responsible for communication structures in your area. If you encounter repeating and ongoing problems, please contact rf-magazine. In some cases it is possible to send you a CD-ROM, containing your copy of RF_magazine. The additional costs for shipping and handling are 25.00 EUR (approx. 37.50 USD). Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery (this depends on the area you live).

4. My download is very slow. Why?

  • Every server has a limited bandwidth allocated. If there is heavy traffic on the server, the download might become slow. You can abort the download and try later. Currently there are no mirrors. The bandwidth is monitored, so if we can see heavy traffic, the download areas will be available for up to 48 hours.

5. My personal download area is not available anymore. What has happend?

  • Your personal download area will be active for 48 hours. After this time, the complete directory will be deleted, including your invoice and order information.
    Please don't forget to store all data on your local computer.

  • If you have not been able to perform the download within 48 hours, please contact rf-magazine and send a copy of the confirmation data, enclosing all messages you have received so far. Please, also describe, why you did not receive the download files.

6. I cannot decompress and view the files. What should I do?

  • All ZIP files were compressed with a standard compression program. The files have been decompressed, opened and tested on Windows XP and OS X. There is no guarantee for Linux. The enclosed PDF files are compatible with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and higher.

  • If you encounter ongoing problems with decompression, please contact rf-magazine.com and enclose the confirmation data for verification.
