1. Why do I have to use an external payment server?
- Because it is safe. Payment specialists get certified by card card companies, proofing that they're using industry standard encryption methods and meet secure data transfer, number processing and billing. Normally, small businesses are not qualified to guarantee these standards and won't get certified and accepted by credit card companies.
- RF_magazine thoroughly tested the secure payment server under various conditions. All transactions were safe, stable and reliable.

2. Which payment methods are offered?
- Currently there is only payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) available.

3. I don't own a credit card. What can I do?
- If you do not own a credit card, but live within the European Union, please contact rf-magazine.com directly. There are some possibilities for money transfers via your bank account. Customers outside the European Union unfortunately do not have this option at the moment.

4. Why do I have to pay in Euro (= European currency)?
- RF_magazine is published in Germany and the local currency is Euro (1 EUR = 100 Eurocent). All amounts and prices are also displayed in USD. This is not a fixed amount due to different exchange rates. The current rate is: 1.00 EUR = 1.50 USD. This rate might be subject to change. Please note that your credit card provider may also charge extra tolls for abroad purchases.

5. Where is my invoice?
- Your invoice can be found in your personal download area. Please do not forget to store this invoice on your local computer, because after 24 hours the directory will be deleted. A direct link to your invoice will also be available in your e-mail. The invoice is not stored in your confirmation e-mail, because in some cases Anti-Spam software might delete the invoice attachment. Companies within the European Union will receive a printed invoice together with their activation code.

6. There is something wrong with my credit card or invoice. What should I do?
- In this case, please contact rf-magazine immediatly. If you do not receive your personal order information, after your credit card has been accepted, also contact rf-magazine.com. If there are any messages (like error codes) or confirmations, please do not forget to enclose them.
- Please be patient. It might take a few hours, until we can verify your purchase. Do not try to perform your purchase or credit card payment again.
Just contact rf-magazine.com and you will receive help as soon as possible.

7. My credit card is locked. What's happened?
- After a credit card transaction, your credit will be locked for 10 minutes to avoid double-processing. This is for security reasons and helps to prevent abuse and it's a decision of the credit card companies. rf-magazine.com and our payment provider have no influence on this lock.

8. I can't find RF_magazine on my credit card invoice. Why?
- On your credit card invoice, RF_magazine isn't visible, but you'll find bookings from LIQUIDLIGHT.TV. The reason is that RF_magazine is a publication of LIQUIDLIGHT.TV, Thomas Schlick.
